UCYP is among the seventeen (17) higher learning institutions in Malaysia that has been recognised by the Ministry of Education, People\u2019s Republic of China. An educational carnival via virtual platform was conducted by the Malaysian Embassy in Beijing on 6th until 8th July to promote the seventeen higher learning institutions.<\/p>\n

According to Berita Harian on 7th July 2020, Malaysia Education Beijing reported that the virtual promotion, involving 17 Malaysian public and private higher learning institutions including University College of Yayasan Pahang (UCYP) was successfully held with the assistance of Beijing Overseas Education Services Association (BOSSA).<\/p>\n

\u201cThis kind of program was the first and the largest virtual program that UCYP ever participated in China,\u201d commented the UCYP Vice President (Student Enrolment), Mr Yung Leong Lam.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the Vice Chancellor of UCYP, Professor Emeritus Dato\u2019 Dr Ahmad Bin Hj. Zainuddin expresses his gratitude and his feeling of honor due to the recognition received from the<\/em> Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China<\/em> on 15 May 2020. This recognition is able to increase the UCYP visibility in China, thus attracting more China students to Malaysia.<\/p>\n

UCYP visited China on 5 November until 7 November 2019 and managed to establish a Memorandum of Understanding with few organisations, namely; Malaysia Alumni Council of China (MACC) and Beijing Information Science and Technology University (BISTU).<\/p>\n

Mr. Yung Leong Lam added, we would not be able to acquire such achievements without the assistance and endorsement from the Malaysian Ambassador to China, Yang Mulia Raja Dato\u2019 Nurshirwan Bin Zainal Abidin and the Education Malaysia Beijing, led by Mr Abdul Aziz How Bin Abdullah as they are very supportive and efficient at aiding us to get into the China’s market.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\t\t\t<\/div> \n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div> \n<\/div><\/div>\n\t\t
