KIAS has become the host for the sports event. The participants are representatives from 15 private institutions of higher education including UCYP. The games started briefly after the opening Ceremony of MASISWA Sports Tournament Eastern Zone 2018.<\/p>\n<p>Badminton, Ping Pong, Chess, Football, Sepak Takraw, and Netball are among the games partaken by participants during the event. UCYP is represented by a contingent of 66 athletes and 11 officers from UCYP, KYP, KYP Advanced Skills, as well as PETAMA. Our contingent participated in all the competed events. Achieving the overall ranking of number 4 with 1Gold, 3 Silver and 3 Bronze, we are tied with DRB HICOM with 17 points. DRB-HICOM is nominated as the 3<sup>rd<\/sup> place winner with the gap of one gold medal from UCYP Contingent.\u00a0 UCYP medal winners are Gold medal for Women\u2019s Ping Pong Singles, Silver medals for Sepak Takraw Team, and Women\u2019s Team Chess. Our contingent also managed to earn Bronze medals for Netball, Men\u2019s Ping Pong and Men\u2019s Team Chess. Despite being stranded in the quarter-finals, the UCYP Football Team remains proud with their incredible performance on the field.<\/p>\n<p>The overall winner for the games is UNITEN whereas second placed is nominated to KUIPSAS with a sum of 45 points and 27 points each respectively.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\t\t\t<\/div> \n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div> \n<\/div><\/div>\n\t\t<div
